Benefit of Our Community

Wheeling is directly on the beautiful Ohio River between Ohio and Pennsylvania. Interstate 70 passes through the heart of Wheeling, West Virginia.
The benefit of working with a local realtor is that we know the area. Since Wheeling homes are mainly older, we as local realtors can tell the unique stories of the houses. We can point out the amenities that they can walk to from the houses, the historic significance of the house, and the area history. Also, we can offer guidance to our local banks who work well with our unique houses.

Our Community

We know the schools and the local communities. Wheeling is located along the Ohio River in the Northern Panhandle of West Virginia with a population of around 29,000. We are part of the tri-state area because Ohio and Pennsylvania are nearby, which is referred to as “The Ohio Valley.” Columbus, Ohio is two hours west; while Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania is one hour east.

School District Profile

Our public, parochial, and private schools include: Ohio County Schools (9 elementary and 4 middle), Wheeling Catholic Central, and Linsly School. Also, we have many higher educational institutions in our area which include the following: Wheeling Jesuit University, Bethany College, West Liberty University, West Virginia Northern Community College, and West Virginia Business College.
