Benefit of Our Community
Wheeling is directly on the beautiful Ohio River between Ohio and Pennsylvania. Interstate 70 E/W passes through the heart of Wheeling, West Virginia.

The benefit of working with a local realtor is that they are familiar with the area. They know the schools and their location surroundings.  Since Wheeling homes are mainly older, the  local realtors can tell the unique stories of the houses. They can point out the amenities that they can walk to from the houses, the historic significance of the house, and the area history. Also, They can offer guidance to our local banks who work well with our unique homes.

Our Community
Wheeling is located along the Ohio River in the Northern Panhandle of West Virginia with a population of around 27,050. It is part of the tri-state area because Ohio and Pennsylvania are nearby, which is referred to as “The Ohio Valley.” Columbus, Ohio is two hours west; while Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania is one hour east.
